ABOUT HILLS & VALLEYS FITNESS
Hills & Valleys Fitness is a women-centered training studio built on the belief that true transformation happens through community, consistency, and science-backed movement. We exist to create a space where women feel supported, challenged, and connected—because fitness is not meant to be a solo journey. When you train alongside women who know your name, celebrate your wins, and walk through the ups and downs with you, showing up becomes sustainable and empowering.
Our training philosophy is inspired by the research of Dr. Stacy Sims, a leading exercise physiologist known for her work on female-specific training and the reminder that “women are not small men.” We believe women thrive when their training includes heavy strength work, explosive movement, and intentional recovery—not extremes or quick fixes. That’s why our core classes—Build, Burst, and Bend—are designed to help women lose fat, build muscle, protect their bones and joints, and stay powerful and active well into their 60s, 70s, and beyond.
As a locally owned studio, Hills & Valleys Fitness is deeply rooted in community.
